Enrollment Agreement and Disclosure Statement

By enrolling in a Medical Coding Mastery (MCM) course, I confirm that I have reviewed the course syllabus, understand the full cost of enrollment, the content that will be taught, and the occupational opportunities related to this course of study. I also acknowledge and accept the policies outlined below.

Refund Policy

Medical Coding Mastery does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to complete the course. All sales are final. By enrolling, I understand and accept that:
- There are no partial or full refunds after purchase.
- Course access is granted immediately upon payment.
- No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Course Use and Completion Timeline

I understand that this course is for individual use only and may not be shared, distributed, or transferred.
- My official course start date is the date of purchase.
- Each course must be completed within six (6) months from the date of enrollment.
- If I do not complete the course within this six-month period, I may purchase an extension for continued access.
- Extensions are available at $39.97 per month, for up to six additional months (maximum course access = 12 months total).
- Extensions must be purchased prior to course expiration to avoid permanent deactivation of access.

Course Requirements

Students must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED. Any necessary background knowledge or preparation for success is provided within the course itself.

Support and Student Responsibility

Medical Coding Mastery provides all the tools, instruction, resources, and support necessary to help students succeed in preparing for the board exam. However, successful certification depends on the individual student’s commitment, effort, and performance. Completion of the course does not guarantee a passing score on any third-party certification exam. Students are responsible for actively engaging with the material, completing assignments, and preparing for the exam using the tools provided.

Student Code of Conduct

As a student of Medical Coding Mastery, I agree to the following standards:
- I will conduct myself with professionalism, integrity, and respect toward fellow students, instructors, and staff.
- I will not engage in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration.
- I will not share or sell course materials, quizzes, or proprietary information from Medical Coding Mastery.
- Any form of misuse or dishonest behavior may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the course without refund.

Academic Integrity Policy

Cheating or any dishonest acts designed to gain an unfair advantage over other students—such as copying answers, sharing login access, or misrepresenting course progress—are strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, which may include:
- Loss of access to the course without refund.
- Ineligibility for course completion certificate.
- Possible notification to relevant credentialing or educational bodies if misconduct involves certification prep content.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, workbooks, presentations, quizzes, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Medical Coding Mastery and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and permanent removal from the course.

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to a reliable internet connection, an up-to-date web browser, and any required software or tools listed in the course instructions. Technical difficulties on the student’s end will not be considered grounds for a refund or free course extension.

Termination Clause

Medical Coding Mastery reserves the right to revoke course access at any time if a student violates the Code of Conduct, engages in unethical behavior, or misuses course materials. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Re-enrollment is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Course Access Disclaimer

Course access will not exceed 12 months from the date of purchase, including any paid extensions. After 12 months, all access to the course content, quizzes, and support will be permanently closed. No additional extensions will be granted beyond this timeframe.

Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion is awarded to students who successfully complete all required modules, quizzes, and assignments within the designated timeframe. This certificate is not a professional credential but serves as recognition of course completion.

Disclaimer of Accreditation

Medical Coding Mastery is an independent training provider and is not accredited by a regional or national accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. It is the responsibility of the student to verify whether the course or certification preparation meets any specific employer or credentialing requirements.
